We used this app with a person who was hearing impaired, and it actually worked very well. The recorded tour was very clear. Also, I founded in the app there is a transcript of the tour as well. I am keeping this app even after touring the estate just to listen to it again.

★★☆☆☆ Crashed. Can't get beyond the 6th site. Just stick with the phone-call narration.
