I find all staff persons most pleasing to be around. At the Miramar my recent concerns and necessary maintenance needs were handled promptly and professionally. Most importantly I'm truly thankful for the new appearance of our building and landscape. Immediately followed by our new windows, laundry machines and mail boxes. Thank you.

The experience is awful. I have to remove and download Edison47 every time I use it!

Update: the app gets worse and worse. It makes communication with apartment management and other residents unreliable. Notification don't always show up when messages are received if they show up at all. Management never responds. Does not load or recognize messages being sent unless you close and reopen the app. Cant submit more than one picture to maintenance requests and can't send pictures in messanger to management. Fail all around, old management team app was better for Alpine Village.
