Very bad experience. Keeps telling me I am offline. Tells me I can't start a charging session because I do not have a virtual card when I am sure it's there. Basically a useless app for anything other than ordering a physical card, and even then overcomplicated! On top of that the team wants me to send evidence of the malfunction? Hire a better QA team!

Tried some things, hope, they will check the suggestions. Hope the system/ card will work how it should. Until now only one star, there is a lot to improve and correct.

Can't see pre-charged cards plafond. And even if you are sure you have enough plafond to use, it will always charge the costs to your bank account. Having more than one charge card is useless, because the app won't allow you to change the preferred card. Typical EDP small mentality trying to steal from customers.

Ridiculous app, full of bugs and errors. Plus it is useless for charging EV on their charging stations unless you are client of EDP (with a home contract)
