Didn't work that well, a reset using the button didn't cure things so did factory reset from app and it works a treat.

It works really well with me easy to set up the only problem is trying to sign in I had to try several times before I could get logged in but after that it works really well and if it does lose the WiFi just have to refresh and then it starts working again I'm really happy with the app it works well for me

It works just like the RF socket I have WITH the added convenience of the timer. As long as I set On time as one timer AND set Off timer as second timer, pressing YES for each AND making sure BOTH On and Off timers are ON, THE TIMER WORKS! Instructions are vague at best... Quite happy with the purchase now. Thanks!

Avoid, avoid, avoid! This app is terrible! Bought smart plugs to work with the amazon dot had them about 2 months, have had nothing but trouble with them had enough! the plugs are about to be lashed in the bin. Also avoid the efamilyplus app that is no better...

Spent days trying to set up a smart plug with this useless grammatically-challenged app. After some Googling i discovered the instructions for a similar app called Superconn, it's an app for a similar (but not in theory this) product. I installed it out of desperation. It worked first time. Setting up Alexa fairly simple too. App is very similar to eFamily but better English & layout.

This app just does not work when creating a password no matter how many times I have tried when I register it does not recognise any password that you register. I have done this over 20 times now and going by the reviews it looks like a bug somewhere in the app which is useless without the smart buld and no one seems to be doing anything about it either. I will be sending this straight back with a review on Amazon as well. Very disappointed
