The membership is an annual subscription and will last 12 months from the day of Purchase. • The price of Silver membership annual subscription is AUD$2.99 / year with unlimited access to all the features during this period. • All payments will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. • The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of current period. • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, for the current membership price. • Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal can be turned off by the user at any time, by visiting Account Settings after purchase, however, the active subscription period will run until the end without any refund (no cancellation of current subscription, only cancellation of renewal is allowed).

Just reinstalled it after abandoning it and after 2 days I remember why I abandoned it in the first place. Hopeless. I really wanted it to work because it used to be good.

No accountability for the faulty application they provide. Subscription services do not work with repeated advertising, password reset leads to a Web page with nowhere to reset password. Contacting Elders receives a bemused receptionist saying that Elders is not responsible for their Application. I paid for a service for over 3 years of issues and no accountability. Your application development and service totally sucks. No longer subscribing. 2 thumbs down for customer service.

Came to try after the terrible Elders website upgrade, sadly no better here. The most basic excel table to show forecast per hour/3 hours looks like it was made by the work experience kid. The old visual graphic was what set apart this weather service, sadly it's now just a clone of every other
