Absolutely rubbish facial recognition at sign up. I've tried to reenact my HKID photo in every possible way, and I do look extremely similar haha. But it still won't let me through. Looks like a promising virtual bank but that doesn't matter when it's virtually impossible to open an account. And there are no other means of verifying your identity. Sadly it's only been a source of frustration and battery drainage.

Poor service. I cannot transfer money to any other bank accounts it keeps on saying need to set up my transfer limit but when I set it up keeps on unsuccessful due to the soft token verification. Fix it. Poor App
