The service is a lot better than last year, helmets in bikes now, bikes everywhere, really fast customer service, I had a discharge of hundreds on euro the bike didn't close properly, but it's not been moved and I got a refund! Recommend just to check every ride 10 minutes after to see if its properly closes, happens in services like this worls wide, but not their fault I hope haha great service!

No instructions on how to start the bike, no customer support call center, instead of having an effective quick solution you get a trashed bikes that function more as an advertising platform...

Cyprus, Limassol, I did not find a single helmet in the bikes. I drove a 3 minutes drive and got pulled over, submitted a support ticket to electra telling them that there are no helmets, today I got chaged 5 euro for the fine I got as well, that's what the receipt claimed. Fine handling fee.... this was 2 weeks ago! I used their service twice then and never since then.... they haven't even replied to my feedback.about.not having helmets in all of their scooters...
