★★☆☆☆ A cheap poorly built property so ridiculously overpriced it's almost hilarious, inept rude and incompetent staff. Don't expect much for 3k. Don't expect assistance. Don't expect any kind of security and prepare to become used to regular crime and a lot of it. Renters remorse beyond comprehension. Pains me to say this prop is a cheap joke, which abounds with criminal activities at an astounding level as to be preposterous. Absolutely zero security zero. 6 mo 4 police reports. Maint. Mgr is rude
★★☆☆☆ This app is always breaking down, so you can't pay your rent on time or contact anyone. This time the app has been out of action for over 2 weeks
★★☆☆☆ Nothing was fixed. The maintenance man was a joke. He basically walked in, said the building was new and insulted me. He was very condescending and extremely rude. Not what I expected for $2150 a month for a 748sf apartment. I contacted the leasing office, and they said they would send a different maintenance man on Sunday, but that never happened. Now my request is closed without anything ever actually getting fixed.
