I installed the app and signed up, never used it due my own reasons, no fault of the app. It took out the first months' payment, which reminded me that I was subscribed, so I went to cancel. I wasn't expecting the money back because it's my own fault I didn't cancel, but it automatically offered me a refund! How cool is that 😎

This app is helpful in budgeting and monitoring accounts in one place, but I moved from Barclays to Natwest and my Natwest accounts won't sync properly so the budgets were all out of whack with no visible way to rectify... Have deleted my account because of this.

Not paying a subscription to see my spending.... terrible app, removed my accounts. Deleted by data. Keep track of budgeting by paying us a month fee which is the every thing you should be keeping track of. no, thanks. Shocking.

I'd give less if I could. After trying to set up an account and giving Emma App permission to access my bank account records, only then it asks for payment for yet another subscription despite it saying there's a free trial. Please don't waste your time or give up your banking privacy

All the adverts for this app say it will help get rid of all of your unwanted subscriptions for you, yet the literal first thing it shows you (before showing you anything that you actually downloaded the app to see) is their own subscription service to use the app. NGL I actually find the audacity of this hilarious, but yeah do not give money to this business 😂
