This is the Empower app you need if you had Mass Mutual before...don't download the "Empower Retirement" app like I did and spend days trying to figure out why it won't recognize you! 😔. Poor choice of app names on Empower's part me thinks...little confusing.

Can't login--- If this app was a vehicle, the check engine light is on. Last update was 9/2/21. Looks like you need an oil change folks. Let's get those mechanics to work and keep this vehicle operating smoothly.

This "app" has login issues daily. Says password is wrong every time and I have to keep changing it. And its not even an app. It just uses your preferred browser. It's bad. It doesn't even word wrap. It's annoying to navigate and impossible to do any task without potentially messing something up. Doesn't look anything like the screen shots shown. With all that money, you should be able to get a decent functioning, and looking, program. Taking my money out of this junk and changing companies.
