I like the UI on the app. Easy to navigate around and simple just how I like it. Able to access all the information I need on my portfolio. Will definitely continue using Endows for the long term to invest my CPF and also thinking of investing my cash here as well.

[User Experience] Excellent platform and app which is intuitive to use. [Investment Method] I love the fact that you can use your retirement funds including CPF and SRS to invest. To my knowledge it is the only platform in Singapore to be able to invest your CPF in a robo-advisor platform. [Returns Rate] So far I am extremely pleased with the returns rate. The Endows team are also very helpful in advising which funds are best for you to invest in.

wow this app is practically useless. Makes me re-enter my password for every single option I choose on the app. Sucker app, just like endows that sucks money from your portfolio regardless of whether they're helping you make money

They take too long to invest your money, hence your money get hang there under "processing" status for days, and not generating revenue. Syfe, their competitor, is much better and faster. I invested in both Endows and Syfe with the same amount and on the same day last week. As of today, I have already gained $60 from Syfe, but only $5 from Endows! Seriously *facepalm* LOL I am going to exit from Endows.

Takes so long to execute a trade to buy the fund. 3 days. Ridiculous. No way to check where the price is executed at also, no transparency on the price you buy the fund. For these banes - still get to be charged 0.03% for an unneeded service to bunch a couple of funds in a certain proportion to achieve a pseudo risk managed portfolio. Unnecessary cost for SRS
