Energy Ogre does NOT respond to messages or let you know how their slow service works. I needed electric set up on a certain date and didn't hear from them for several days, so I went ahead and set it up myself. Lo and behold they set up a different (more expensive) provider a day AFTER I needed. Don't waste your money on this nonsense

I have requested for energy Ogre to look at rates I found A rate 6 cents per Kwh cheaper than the rate they have assigned me. It has been almost 4 weeks and no response. My first year with energy Ogre they found a good rate then after your a lasting customer they will give you horrible service.
