Helen at Reception desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me book my Vitality class. I was having so much difficulty and couldn't understand why. What does it mean by track periods? Also, I do not know how to cancel a class once it has been booked, but then I am unfit and unable to attend.

So bad! Have tired for 3 days to book online. Keep trying to set up an account on both the app and the website to tell me the email address I am using isn't a valid email address, tired a second email account I have and same error. Tired to contact in other ways and nothing!

The app really needs a visual change. It's looks like something from 2010. The functionality of the app is okay however could be redone. Like when loading the app the splash screen isn't centered and is cut off at the edges. To find info or book a court there are too many button to press, should be simpler. It would also be nice if the app would use Apple Pay or Google Pay for paying courts or for the PAYG for the gym facilities in advance.

Rarely works at right time. Ghostly messages flash up, then disappear, usually a day late. The Leisure Trust is totally disorganized, always on the edge of chaos. Oh, and the ratepayer and taxpayer picks up the tab.

Not easy to use when you have more members linked. Not easy to transit between members for payment. Cannot even recognize when that the linked member is a child and show children's activities in the chosen center.
