What a difference updates make. Folks you want to get your software updated to 8.6 and don't forget to update your hardware's firmware. The local BLE experience with this app is a huge improvement over the previously required Wi-Fi or cellular connection. It was easy to deploy to users and released the door in about a second. Devs, please add a widget for Android, so I can have the release right on my home screen.

The email link provided doesn't open for Android users. I've tried different browsers and desktop as well as phone. Get an error saying webpage doesn't exist or is unavailable.

I can't get the app to open on my phone. It keeps saying "request rejected please see admin," and all I see is a blank white screen. Nobody can figure out how to make it work.

Does not open doors using BLE.... which is the whole point of the app. Works fine on iPhone. Kan tech please fix!!! Users are getting locked out constantly.

Latest update completely broke the app. Every time I select a door I'm now prompted for my fingerprint (we do not have mfa enabled) and then the door doesn't open anyway.
