Description
EntraPass go puts you in control of your security. It enables you to interact with your EntraPass security system from anywhere at any time. This easy-to-use mobile app gives you real-time access to over 20 security tasks including: Managing and creating access cards with the ability to take a picture from your device camera and add it to the access card you just created. Of course you can lock and unlock doors but you can also request reports and export them in different formats. EntraPass go also gives you the ability to create and assign Access Levels, list the events occurring in your system and much more.
Note: A DEMO option is available if you do not have EntraPass installed and configured

When I first downloaded this app a year ago, everything worked perfectly. No problems except if I didn't have any cell service at all, which is to be expected. However, with this latest update there is a major problem. I can deny a client access but cannot give them access back once revoked. Every thing else works in the app and being able to do things remotely is wonderful. I can change access levels on the computer and the remote web client, but not on the phone app. This needs to be fixed.

Now has video and intrusion control too Great way to quickly manage your Kan tech system on the go. Added in Exact video and DSC integration. If you have not updated your Kan tech server to the latest software version this app will probably crash.

App is very slow (expect to wait 10-15 sec between EVERY action.) UI elements are not intuitive, explained or labelled. Documentation on this app is nearly non-existent from Tyco and what does exist is out of date. Our installer has a hard time reaching someone who can assist with issues we have-we have identified one staff member who knows the technology, but we have to hang up on others who know nothing. Recently an error message shows up on EVERY slow screen you reach (error 400).

I get a box pop up that says "Your server or user info is not valid! (Error 400)". If I tap OK then it loads and everything works. Seems like a bug in the Android app since this doesn't happen in the iOS app.

Doesn't work on doors Same error as Justin when try to access doors after logging in. Link error code 50. I'm using galaxy s5. Had to uninstall and reinstall older version (deprecated) to get it to work
