Comments on EntraPass go for Android

★★★★★ David Brodeur · Feb 12, 2016

Now has video and intrusion control too Great way to quickly manage your Kan tech system on the go. Added in Exact video and DSC integration. If you have not updated your Kan tech server to the latest software version this app will probably crash.

★★★★★ B Colby · Mar 7, 2017

Awesome app, I use it daily with my Exact and Kan tech systems. Planning on using it to control lighting at some point in the future.

★★★★☆ Scott Teeter · Aug 15, 2019

When I first downloaded this app a year ago, everything worked perfectly. No problems except if I didn't have any cell service at all, which is to be expected. However, with this latest update there is a major problem. I can deny a client access but cannot give them access back once revoked. Every thing else works in the app and being able to do things remotely is wonderful. I can change access levels on the computer and the remote web client, but not on the phone app. This needs to be fixed.

★★☆☆☆ Jaime Tiampo · Feb 24, 2023

Mostly functional. Very slow to load states. Has limited access functions and no access to the enter phone contact lists.

★★☆☆☆ A Google User · Apr 18, 2015

Doesn't work on doors Same error as Justin when try to access doors after logging in. Link error code 50. I'm using galaxy s5. Had to uninstall and reinstall older version (deprecated) to get it to work

★★☆☆☆ Ken Johnson II · Aug 21, 2023

I get a box pop up that says "Your server or user info is not valid! (Error 400)". If I tap OK then it loads and everything works. Seems like a bug in the Android app since this doesn't happen in the iOS app.
