App is a hot mess. Literally NOTHING works. Can't save payment method (wants Internet connection, even though I'm connected), search by map gives zero information as to which charger is which, but doesn't work anyway because I tried them all, scanning barcode fails - says "vehicle isn't connected" even though I'm actually successfully charging already under the free trial. Login expires, and you keep having to log in & there is no provision for biometric login. Navigating the app is painful.

I used the app successfully in 2022. Not many sites in my area. I just now successfully deleted my old EO account and created a new one with my new email address (couldn't see how to change it). Registration easy, confirmation email received quickly, payment card setup successful. Just sharing because I noticed some negative comments and thought a little positive might help :)

Rubbish, can not even register. Tried with super complex password, the register buttons keeps greyed out. Waste of time

App is useless. Every time you scan the QR code on a charger it says you need to add a payment method. There is already a payment method attached to my account. I tried deleting and re-adding multiple bank cards. They save in the "account" tab no problem but still ask you to add a new payment method every time you scan a QR to charge or select "just charge" in the menu. When you add the payment details following the prompt after scanning it says there is no Internet connection. Fix this!!!!

Doesn't find the chargers and the qr codes on the chargers are worn off. Impossible to charge
