Would be helpful if there is option to book appointments for other people especially for our parents and log in using CID number not UHID because some have double UHID and does not remember at all

What's the use of it doesn't work... tried logging in more than 15–20 times. And still doesn't work... says have to log in with NDI it just stays here and there and doesn't log in so bad...

A terrible experience, you can't book appointments and there isn't any available information as to why we can't. The database system is also not structured and good. Many Hospital departments don't FETCH the database for available doctors for appointment

Only the latest check-up details are shown, without complete information. Please include all past records, so patients can easily access their history without carrying physical books. Also, since hospitals often no longer provide printed blood test reports, it would be very helpful to include detailed lab reports in the app for better transparency and tracking.
