1. Login with NDI is not working. 2. App login is not user-friendly. (Obtaining of OTP from Telecom can increase your message cost, and also it is not user-friendly) 3. Make easy or simplified appointment making process and people are unable to understand science words. 4. UHID?? Please take above points as suggestion so that citizen is benefited with better and quick services.

Pathetic!!! I don't know what my UHID is and tried logging into using NDI. Authentication was successful but when returning to the app, it just shows the log in screen only

What's the use of it doesn't work... tried logging in more than 15–20 times. And still doesn't work... says have to log in with NDI it just stays here and there and doesn't log in so bad...
