Great app with glitches. I deselected email notifications and still get an email every time I book a class. The in-app reminders are great, but I don't need another email.

Not only a great club, the App is impressive. Ability to do virtual check-in at the club. Scheduling of classes and integration with calendar apps. Online classes available in the app. Ability to connect with club internet and TVs while doing cardio. Tracking of visits and ability to include visit notes to track workout body parts.

I can not book any classes after the latest update. Every page take minyto load. This is a horrible app

I love the workouts on equinox plus, but unfortunately cannot use them because the app pauses and restarts my workout every 45 seconds. Previously, it was pausing every 2 minutes and restarting, but it's gotten worse. I have tried updating the app, uninstalling, changing Wi-Fi networks/data, etc. and nothing has fixed the issue. If it is not resolved, I will no longer pay for the app since it is becoming useless.

It's been 18 months since my last review and this app is still awful. Couple notable unresolved issues: - app will always crash immediately on first launch - class filters do not work when first applied - [now fixed] the option to add clubs that aren't nearby doesn't load, so if I want to check out classes at the 5th or 6th nearest club to me (say, nearby office), and I happen to be at home, I can't - [now fixed] booking reminders are inconsistent - timetable will not always load classes

Suddenly won't locate clubs to book classes, luckily had a few locations saved but SOL if I want to go somewhere I hadn't saved. Also selecting chat with concierge has always and still crashes the app, forced to email and wait for reply
