Great features, I loved the 360° AR and the information on the audio guide was good. Didn't give it the full 5 stars just because the interface is still a bit janky, but I'll imagine they'll update it soon.

This app nearly spoiled our day at Herculaneum. We gave up with it and got the audio tour from the booking office. Firstly the map CONTINUOUSLY rotated which meant trying to orientate yourself was difficult. Secondly the information was split into 5 different tours. This meant that you either walked past interesting buildings as they weren't described on your selected tour, or you switched tours. Switching tours meant a reload with poor signal. Thirdly it actually has limited information.

Horrible user experience, even with the Herculaneum Wi-Fi it didn't load the content and failed to build the map. The content of the sites is mediocre and doesn't tell you enough about each site

Complete garbage. App doesn't really zoom in much, can't tell which direction you're heading in and just spins around uncontrollably, the markers disappeared after restarting the app because of the spinning issue, and it's very difficult to tell which structures the markers are actually about because there's inadequate signage on the grounds.
