The Juul App actually tracks my usage. Seeing my intake can make me more in control of smoking. I enjoy smoking the Juul. Cigarettes and the addiction of smoking controls many of us. Although I've smoked for many years I've never wanted to think I could not do without smoking. Of course, I admit sometimes I just have to have a cigarette. Now I can just reach for Juul. No dirty ashtrays and smoke smell.
