Smart Lock runs out of charged battery without warning and cannot get it off fence to charge it. There needs to be some device to charge it in emergency cases

Works as expected👍🏼 Not had any issues whatsoever on three devices, all running the latest version of android. No idea why so many people experience so many issues. If you have a supported 'Lock', have granted the permissions and your BT is of spec. Then it will work. If you are worried about creating an account and 'personal data' then the IOT world is not for you as this is a given with nearly all similar solutions in the 'Smart Home' world. Just grab a lock with a key and crack on!👍🏼

This app apparently runs many locks. My lock has a Bluetooth option and a key card option. I'm installing mine in a storage closet, and luckily I registered the lock to the application and confirmed it worked before I screwed it to the door as I almost locked myself inside the closet. 😃 I programmed both key cards and downloaded the app and both work perfectly. You do always have to reconnect Bluetooth before you unlock the lock which just takes a second within the app. (range limits) I'm happy

Tried the smart lock on iPad and Android Galaxy S24 Ultra..... The app gives errors about Bluetooth cache being an issue, but this is a brand-new phone. Still, reset cache, no progress. Tried on the iPad, same thing. Pretty sure it's part bad hardware, and a larger part of terrible coding. Literally just preprogram the card that comes with the lock, and I'd have been happy and kept the product. Returned the product and bad reviews on both app stores.how you make a product and an app this bad?

Help!!!!! My padlock is locked, and I cannot unlock it with the app!!!!! When I try to log in I get a connection timed out error. I've tried multiple things to try to get it to work but nothing helped. Is padlock is literally stuck locked, and I need to be able to unlock it.
