This app apparently runs many locks. My lock has a Bluetooth option and a key card option. I'm installing mine in a storage closet, and luckily I registered the lock to the application and confirmed it worked before I screwed it to the door as I almost locked myself inside the closet. 😃 I programmed both key cards and downloaded the app and both work perfectly. You do always have to reconnect Bluetooth before you unlock the lock which just takes a second within the app. (range limits) I'm happy

Not the most perfect of apps, but does what it says (have had no problems setting up admin and subaccounts) One bug: if the subaccount uses up all their unlock opportunities, then a warning message appears (okay), but under the admin account the subaccount still shows as authorized even though it isn't (not okay)

Works as expected👍🏼 Not had any issues whatsoever on three devices, all running the latest version of android. No idea why so many people experience so many issues. If you have a supported 'Lock', have granted the permissions and your BT is of spec. Then it will work. If you are worried about creating an account and 'personal data' then the IOT world is not for you as this is a given with nearly all similar solutions in the 'Smart Home' world. Just grab a lock with a key and crack on!👍🏼

Help!!!!! My padlock is locked, and I cannot unlock it with the app!!!!! When I try to log in I get a connection timed out error. I've tried multiple things to try to get it to work but nothing helped. Is padlock is literally stuck locked, and I need to be able to unlock it.

Managed to register and get the lock connected to the Bluetooth with little issue, but once I open the look on the app to add fingerprints, the app crashes. Tried restarting my phone to see if it would get it to work, but it did not. Will happily up the score of this review once I can actually use the app properly. Until then, I guess I'm grateful I got a lock model with keys.
