★★★★★ Perfect app, easy to use, very functional, just sometime Bluetooth not working well, cannot detect the lock, but fingerprint still able to unlock the lock.

★★★★★ Really surprised to see such a low rating for this app, as it's very functional and does what it says on the listing....mostly! I was able to link up the smart padlock without any issues, and create a unique name for said padlock. Remote unlock worked as desired, though true remote unlock isn't a function sadly! Two functions that fail to work, after many attempts, are unlocked notifications & unlock list (say for exporting). Hopefully this can be resolved, as it is a bit of a key feature ;)

★★★★★ Very easy to use. Nice ability to add and remove fingerprints. Minus one star due to two issues. One, for some reason the log of fingerprint unlocking does not have time stamp but the Bluetooth unlocking does, why? Two, the software requires the lock to be near and activated (finger pressed) to read or update it. Why do I need to touch activate/wake the lock to use Bluetooth to unlock it? Bad design.

★★★★★ Not the most perfect of apps, but does what it says (have had no problems setting up admin and subaccounts) One bug: if the subaccount uses up all their unlock opportunities, then a warning message appears (okay), but under the admin account the subaccount still shows as authorized even though it isn't (not okay)

★★☆☆☆ App instructions are poorly written and difficult to understand. Bluetooth's connection to lock was intermittent at first. Now, I cannot connect to the lock at all.

★★☆☆☆ Cannot get fingerprints registered. Is there a trick to this? Because I have tried multiple times to register my fingerprint and each time it says recording failed. I even unbound it & tried again. It still didn't work. Frustrating!

★★☆☆☆ The product and the software are very versatile and easy to use. However, I can only give 2 to 3 stars because the battery in the padlock cannot last long. After 6 months, it deteriorates very fast and need to be charge very often (every 2 to 3 days). I dare not use anymore because even with full charge, the padlock does not have the power to be unlocked fast. It unlocks in slow motion and gives me a feeling that it might be dead soon. I don't want to be lock inside my own house.
