★★★★★ I have a problem viewing my Headlines page on my mobile app. I sent in a message regarding the issue. Within 10 minutes, I received a message from an ESPN IT employee, Jay. He ran me through several fixes. Unfortunately, the fixes did not work, and I was referred to another department. I'm writing this to spread the importance that was afforded to my small problem. ESPN seems to be circling the wagons with changes from the top to the bottom. This is something they did right.

★★★★★ Sometimes it feels its just pwa copy of the website. Please consider updating the ui/ux to give more of an app vibe.

★★☆☆☆ Im tired of it, man. From the 60-second ads for a 10-secondond video. Then, after watching the ad it plays the wrong video. So I have to choose from the "playlist" below the video to find the one I want to watch, all to watch another ad. just for that video to be glitchy, I close the app. Half the time, the app refuses to open.which is why I am here now. And not checking nba playoffs

★★☆☆☆ Update, 4/20/25, tons of buffering and freezing and audio disruptions. You are paying premium $$$ on a PPV major sporting event, (UFC), Apart from the yearly subscription.... And why not include the regular ESPN channel to watch other sporting events....makes no sense. You are already paying a premium price for espn+........ and then purchasing ppv's.... Come on Disney!!! Take care of your paying customers! What a joke! Update: espn+ app with Chromecast= garbage 🗑!
