Installed because I wanted updates on a specific published bug which was Under Consideration, and the web page suggested I could "get bug updates in the app". False. No way to search for the bug in the app, the chatbot could not find the bug using the Bug ID, there was no way to do the thing. This is a glorified blog not a support app

The app often stops responding just trying to open it. Tapping on a notification just opens the app to the main page again assuming the app did not get stuck trying to open. I recommend just using the Esri websites instead.

50% of the time the app ignores all my inputs and routes me to reception where I have to repeat all the input. Very annoying. It used to work great but broke 3 or 4 months ago.
