I have found this app to be quite useful only after some practice and assistance (from Tandem & Security). I recommend short instruction sessions to be run by Tandem for small groups at a time

App works really well and helps trustees keep track of all issues raised by owners. Trustees can consolidate all communication so no more searching for old emails. Approvals are quick and easy. Helpful for owners looking for information as well without needing to constantly ask the trustees. Wish we had implemented this sooner!!!

Unfortunately I cannot give it a minus 1000!!!! Get to international time. E.g. 16:59 instead of 04:59pm. !!!! Same time and your system does not allow people out on 04:59 PM !????????!!!!

This app does not allow me to choose my own notification sound. I prefer to choose my own notification sound so that when I hear that specific notification I will know that someone is entering and/or leaving When ordering on Uber Eats and Mr D one needs to include the access code with the order because we don't have the number of the person that will be delivering to share QR Code in advance. Some of these delivery people don't have smartphones for receiving QR codes

Do not get proper feedback from your support @ e-mail. I can not access Agm notes on Estate mate... Sondela...have cooms with your support team 2 weeks back...still no second feedback or assistance. I can not open notifications....
