★★★★★ I would like to suggest biometrics or pin access not be cleared every time I try to log in. I also don't get why I receive email wth OTP when there is no popup or request to input one. Additionally, I recently signed up, but the app says add tier miles to upgrade within the next 2–3 months. I believe it should be 1yr after signup. Although not mandatory app, I do like having it for the info it provides, mileage offers etc. Few tweaks would make it better.

★★☆☆☆ Since the last update on 18/12/23 I can no longer log in as it's just spinning in the background and won't open up. What a waste of time.

★★☆☆☆ Etihad should work to fix the login issues on this app, after a couple of days you need to uninstall and install to log in. Being a reputed airline hope a prompt action will be taken to fix the errors.

★★☆☆☆ One of the worst apps in the world. This app never works. Once we log in to Etihad guest, we can't find anything in it. The tabs are empty and no information apart from miles. Such a shame on Etihad Airways being such a world-class airways they are unable to launch a simple app for miles.
