Unable to connect with backend in order to allow smart charging! The app is connected to charger, but no smart charging

Easy to set up, just works. Plug in my car and tell the app to start charging. Connected charger to my home internet Wi-Fi with no problem. Much better than the trickle charger 240V adapter they gave me free.

Very easy to use once you read and follow the onscreen and manuals instructions. A comment on John Carters review. His charger is set the Plug and Charge to be able to use the CARS schedule, which he says that is what he is doing. In this mode the EVchargo App is Not being used at all. The CAR controls the schedule and Starts and Stops the charging, not the EVchargo App. To use scheduling from the App the site needs very good Wi-Fi at the charger and the Wi-Fi must be 2.4gHZ frequency.

The app cannot start or stop the charger and the schedule charge function stopped working. It also stopped tracking the charging power and the usage. I sent a support request, but after 18 hrs I haven't been acknowledged.

Useless app and charger, if you are considering this charger doesn't! Go zappi instead. Car charger is 1 m away from Wi-Fi, yet it drops Wi-Fi connection 80% of time. When reaching out to support they did not help quoting it being a "disconnect problem"

Useless. I don't see the point of this app. It only connects to the charger within the Initial 30 seconds of charger power up. It doesn't log anything. The scheduler doesn't work. I have to manage changing via the cars' app (Kia) which itself involves a plug in, stop changing, set schedule, transmit schedule, confirm schedule, every time I want to change the car. And sometimes it still fails to charge, and I've to set an alarm for 3am to confirm or do it manually

Logged on, and it's asked me to bind, and when I do, it says that l am already bound, but it refuses me to charge because l have to bind my charger getting fed up now.
