UI/UX ปัจจุบันสะท้อนว่าทีมออกแบบยังไม่เข้าใจความแตกต่างระหว่าง bot behavior กับ human behavior อย่างแท้จริง ระบบเลือก challenge ผู้ใช้จริงซ้ำ ๆ ทุกครั้งที่ refresh แทนที่จะ detect ความเสี่ยงอย่างชาญฉลาด จนผู้ใช้จริงกดบัตรไม่ทัน สุดท้ายกลายเป็น “treat human as bot” ซึ่งไม่ใช่ anti-bot strategy แต่เป็น UX/UI failure และสะท้อน design ที่ยังไม่ mature อย่างชัดเจน และถือว่าเป็น poor design มากกว่าที่จะเป็น strong security

Timezones aren't posted in the app, nor do the time adjust for different timezones. For an event in EST, the time was not set for EST. Neverthless I signed up for notifications which should have solved this..... didn't get one. So I missed out on tickets for the event I wanted. I shouldn't have to be on Twitter to know the proper times.
