Not a reliable app, Have ordered food through this app.at (8:45 PM) Which shows a delivery time of 1hr and no food came up.(time was 9:45 PM). When called customer service, their response was cold, and they didn't even have a proper idea of what to do. They said money will be refunded once they have access to the restaurant. But the food arrives at 11:15 PM, after 2.5hr from when I have ordered. Thank god. Still, there is no follow-up from customer care regarding the issue. 😤

At 22.45 tried to order a collection 22.45, only to find that the shutters were closed and when I walked over to tap on the shutter, I was told closed, for a takeaway that advertises open till 23.00. A bit peeved off. I believe that if they're using your app, they should observe their hours of opening. I've had problems in the past with Delight City, Shantalla Road in Beaumont, Dublin 9, before. Can you please ensure they and all establishments on your site adhere to their opening times? 🤔

Terrible app, shows restaurants you can't order from and then doesn't even work! Won't show the menu

App is awful. Crashes on startup apart from a pop-up asking for access to my phone's files. This app is meant to order food. Not look through my files. You don't need that permission at all. Incredibly shady, guys.
