Error: Documents Viewing The Documents section does not load. Produces "Unable to complete request. Try back shortly" error every time I click an document to try and view. Already enabled Documents enrollment and accepted terms of service in app settings. This issue has existed since at least November 2023! Can you guys try and fit it :) the app is fantastic otherwise!

Can't sign on! I was able to access the full site on my phone yesterday, now I can't. Mobile app is telling my log ins are incorrect. No internet for 2 weeks due to a move. Grrr not happy!

New banking app, same bad user experience. As with the old EGCU banking app, it looks 20 years old, behaves like it's 20 years old, and simply does not work, just like the old banking app.

Crap! Can't access my account, even online. It says to click here for online access, yet the link is to download the stupid app! Why break something that was working?! For those who can download the Dolphin Browser do so. You can still access the "old" homepage and get into your account
