I honestly think they still operate with an old-school approach to transactions. Because what kind people constantly asks you to provide proof of receipt? And their customer support response time makes it even worse. Why would you leave someone hanging for two whole days before acknowledging the issue and finally releasing their pending funds? If you need your money urgently, or you’re not particularly patient when it comes to financial transactions, I’d honestly advise you to stay away

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Ever send. I deposited 10,500 CFA through MTN Mobile Money, and the transaction was successful on my MTN account. However, the money was deducted from my account and has still not been credited to my Ever send wallet. The transaction continues to show Pending. I contacted customer support and was asked to provide a screenshot of the transaction, which I did. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for a proper response and resolution.
