This app is not working well, as l was expecting before. Today, I have decided to use this app due to many ads crossing on YouTube. L created well, and l have got UK bank account details that I usually look for, but the problem l found that l made deposits since morning money isn't yet arrived at the balance. The main point is that this is not working well first compared to other applications.

I keep having a pending wallet top up. For more than 10 hours I'm unable to see the money I withdraw from my mobile money to my ever send wallet. It keeps saying transaction pending, it's really frustrating. Ever send you can do better, kindly work on your app

IMPORTANT! Very disappointing customer service. I tried funding my Ever send wallet with my card, but the transaction failed, and I was still charged. I was then asked to provide a photo of my card details for verification. This made me uncomfortable, so I requested that my account and personal data be deleted. Despite contacting support, I can still log in and see my information. Ever send’s own Privacy Policy says users can request data deletion, yet they have not honored my request.
