The bill they produce is the actual bill that you get in your email or in your mailbox. I try to remember that I have this app, and I'm glad I remembered this time. I have a bank that I use that I have been trying to pay my bill since January. And when I went to schedule another payment I put it in and then when I went to check on it it wasn't there anymore. So I went on ever source, and I looked at my past statements and nothing was ever paid, so now I'm using the app to pay my bill

Ever source helped me immensely to set up a simple monthly payment plan for current and back payments. My missed payments occurred because of a forced move to Newmarket, Hampshire because I was priced out of where I lived before in Portsmouth.

Major functionality such as outage reporting and notification settings are ignored by Ever source. I have reported outages a couple of times via the app and had it indicate no outages in my area for up to an hour later. Today it did that, and when it finally did say it knew about an outage, it was 600 homes. The app also ignores the alert settings, robocalling about outages even when set to only alert via text. Clearly a disconnect between the app and Ever sources real database.

It really hurts when you have to use food money to pay a bill that is higher than your usage making it UNAFFORDABLE.

You know the reason why people can't pay for their electric bill. Its cause these stupid programs y'all have us paying extra for on top of our regular usage. Those programs are what's causing the back-up on payments. isn't it obvious.whoever made those programs a thing thinking it would help is an absolute moron
