The bill they produce is the actual bill that you get in your email or in your mailbox. I try to remember that I have this app, and I'm glad I remembered this time. I have a bank that I use that I have been trying to pay my bill since January. And when I went to schedule another payment I put it in and then when I went to check on it it wasn't there anymore. So I went on ever source, and I looked at my past statements and nothing was ever paid, so now I'm using the app to pay my bill

The whole thing sucks It is very difficult to pay you guys. The electric bill, everything that I have tried ends up with frustration. And I'm just about ready to tell you the guys to get my meter off the wall and go. Solo I don't use much electric. And yet, my bills are outstandingly high. Can't believe 600 dollars. And something dollars for last month. For light bulbs. I'm really considering changes. It is not a business. It's just a hobby shop for personal use only. Not a business.

It really hurts when you have to use food money to pay a bill that is higher than your usage making it UNAFFORDABLE.

Eversource rates are too high. Not going to give you a five-star rating on your app. I'm sorry. Of course, you make it easy to pay a bill. However, when you're a single person doing your income and everything else, my paycheck hasn't gone up. But your rates have, and you're legit putting me out of a home, but that's what you guys want. You don't care about the blue collar workers, not one bit

Major functionality such as outage reporting and notification settings are ignored by Ever source. I have reported outages a couple of times via the app and had it indicate no outages in my area for up to an hour later. Today it did that, and when it finally did say it knew about an outage, it was 600 homes. The app also ignores the alert settings, robocalling about outages even when set to only alert via text. Clearly a disconnect between the app and Ever sources real database.
