Cool idea and the app works good. Just remember that if you shut off the car, your trip ends. I did not realize you needed a 'stopover' to run into a store. My issue, but a newbie should know. I will use this service whenever I am in the area. Customer service was excellent as well. Highly recommend.

Generally good but why can't I open the app and see the home zones when it used to be possible? Sometimes I need to plan where to drop off a car and can't tell if where I'm going is in or outside the home zone.

Easy to find/select your vehicle, unlock, stopover, resume. The App is very user-friendly and if you have any questions, help is a button away.

It's just insane you can't see the time of how long you have been renting as well as zones are not visible on the map. It should have been obvious to the management by this point, unless they want people to have difficulties with the app, which will result in them paying more because they can't see the time and zones

Updated 11/2025: new bugs include loss of map pin showing where booked car is. slowly improving, after years of asking there's now a radar and finally the map loads if you exit then return to app. Still doesn't show how many open spots are at reserved parking spots and forever to unlock some cars, too many times a car shows on the app but is in a locked parade or doesn't exist or is filthy, yet price keeps increasing. Marginally better than the bus.

2026: reading this back 7 years later, the only difference is now I'm on the phone with support at the end of the trip. Bluetooth unlocking doesn't work (on three phones and two accounts), so if you're in a parking garage with no signal, good luck EDIT: As of June 2019, you can add d) can't log in in to the service at all to the review below. Nothing has changed, except now you have to pay for the gas with your card and wait for a refund. Original: The whole service is extremely unreliable...
