Generally good but why can't I open the app and see the home zones when it used to be possible? Sometimes I need to plan where to drop off a car and can't tell if where I'm going is in or outside the home zone.

Horrible experience. On two occasions now, their bikes won't let me end trips in the designated zones. Some bikes show up as "taken" for weeks - two at the closest zone to me have been unusable for weeks. Support team is unavailable. App is full of bugs they don't plan to fix. Membership doesn't update the fees in the app. Instead of chatbot, they have a glorified navigation menu from 2012 saying "sorry could you repeat that, I am still learning" for any question you might ask. 0/10 UX

This app will charge you a $40 non-refundable sign up fee. It will then tell you only after you paid this that it will take 3 days to "process" your account and ask you to send in your driving records. I signed up for this app because I needed it the day of and then have to pay for a car rental anyway because of this delay. Don't use this if you need a car quickly

A good app unless you are downtown Vancouver, you'll have better luck punching yourself in the face then finding a car. App will show cars that aren't actually on the street. Often if you book a car its location on the map will disappear so you cant find it again. Ejected me from cars I have in use multiple times. Try taking the bus first.
