Overall the application is great except for one problem which is every time I want to navigate to find a car or if I switch to a different app for a moment if I click away for any reason the entire application resets every single time. It's rather irritating when you're trying to start a car. Or do stopovers.

Very convenient way of having a private ride without the hassle and fees of rental. Just make sure to always have data signal, so you don't get disconnected from the car. Would be nice to have a line of SUVs.

Haven't been able to report damage for the last month. Doesn't remove cars from being reservable and rentable when they are damaged at service places.

The app and service have improved over the years, still hits and misses. The recent change to gut phone service and push live chat agents is horrible. Many real life situations where it is not possible to text or takes way longer, while phone wait times for me have gone from 5-10 m to 40 m. Awful change.

Useless app! Wanted to go for a scooter ride with my son while we're away on vacation. Went through the process of setting up the entire app, got his ride activated, then tried to activate mine, only to find that that won't happen! Can't have two rentals in progress, I'd have to set up a while new account on his device, complete with my credit card info, so we could ride together!

I rented an e-bike in Parkville, BC, stopped working even though the charge indicator was all the way up and the screen was on. Had to walk it all the way back. A lot of the bikes at that particular stall had the locking clip from the helmet torn off among other damage. I know this is customers' fault, but this program is relatively new, so I can't imagine it doesn't have anything to do with you cheaping out on the bikes and helmets.

A good app unless you are downtown Vancouver, you'll have better luck punching yourself in the face then finding a car. App will show cars that aren't actually on the street. Often if you book a car its location on the map will disappear so you cant find it again. Ejected me from cars I have in use multiple times. Try taking the bus first.
