BCAA Mobile is a total failure. The authentication constantly logs you out, which is a death sentence in a roadside emergency. When you actually need a tow truck, you just get a "something is broken" error. It’s bloated, the discount offers are useless, and I wouldn’t trust this dev team with a "Hello World" printout. This app doesn't provide help; it just ensures you’ll suffer when you’re stranded. Absolute garbage.

Do not sign up unless you want to pay forever!!! You CANNOT cancel membership on the app nor the website!!! What a scam!! You have to physically go to the store to cancel in 2026... unbelievable!
