Terrible app can not pay for parking then you get a ticket and have to appeal ridiculous

Poor Application, charges more than the car park is posted and cuts your time short by logging you entering the car park earlier than you actually are. Help is poor on the app as they claim to only take the money, and they aren't in charge of the car park. When you try and use the help function it resets and loses your message. Charges extra for services such as SMS messages to warn you of overstaying and put a charity donation on the end that lights up a confirm button. Worst parking app ever.

Absolutely useless. First time I was able to pay with the app, no issues. But next time at a different hospital parking lot, I was not able to pay as it was displaying my arrival time as departure. No way to manually amend arrival and departure times. Third time of using, the app wanted to get updated prior to use. Silly me, I thought ah finally they fixed it! But the payment screen didn't load. Learning from my previous mistake, I haven't left site yet, so was able to pay for my parking there.
