I do not think anybody is maintaining their charging stations anywhere. The recent error caused me £60 deducted from my account, and used £1 worth of charge. Also, nobody is responding for emails. Its great, wondering why these staffs gets salary at all.

Since changed from the previous version (SWARCO), for me this app is unusable, and I now cannot charge on any chargers in Council car parks in Cornwall. The map doesn't work, it doesn't show charger locations, the account setup page constantly comes up with "sorry catastrophic error", it won't find my address, asks me for email verification but will only email some random account that isn't mine.
