The apps map is not working. Emails with the password never arrive. The helpline says to uninstall and reinstall, but it still doesn't work.

All help or contact support links are 404. At quarter it slots 61098 was empty, but app said it's in use, so I can't charge. Report issue button on app leads to non-existing web page. I hope the experience is not always broken like this.

Location can not be detected even I'm in front of the station. Worse ev charger app! How can I refund my credit since I can not charge my car coz station not shown?!?!
