Utter garbage. Tried to open the app, but it kept closing immediately so lost my £50 voucher on account of not even being able to open the app

Frustrating to say the least, it's been one whole month, and I can't top up my prepaid Vouchers energy card gifted to me from my landlord, I'm soo done, iv tried absolutely everything, tried to top up hundreds of times said failed every time, Google wallet won't accept it, British gas automatic service fail it, British gas human failed it, my landlord won't reinstate it as they only gifted it, and it says active, Evoucher hasn't done anything to replace it as its 'active', omg iv log out uninstalled

Absolute disgrace! As a recipient I can't get access to those vouchers as I download the app, the vouchers of £112 is showing on the app, but you can't view it as it keeps downloading and the customer services are useless! So we can't get it customers services not helping what will happen to those vouchers? Who will get them? And who issue them in the first place?
