I don't know why this app only has 2.8 stars? eWeLink is a great app. I've read lots of people who say it's 'slow'. It's not slow on my phone, so I suggest you need a more powerful phone. I'm afraid all home automation apps can be slow if your phone is under powered. Also, a lot of comments about too many adds. I pay for a subscription, so I get no adds. The thermo plugins are great. This app controls the heating in my house and the hot water. All made much slicker by thermo plugins.

My Son off devices suddenly went offline over 48 hours ago. They keep blinking while trying to connect to the server but are still working in LAN mode. Wi-Fi is fine, and other devices are working normally.

All timers worked in the past perfect. Now timer ftom the middle page not works any more using other time zone.my phone have central time. Now I am in est time.so 1 h difference. And all timers have confusions and NOT WORKS!!!-AGAIN TODAY SAME STORY.TIMER NOT WORKS

Overall, pretty good products. With some paywall software limitations. One star down because for nearly a year that the customer service can not find the issue with a self switching On device. I'm done with Son off products.

After updating ZBBridge-U to firmware 2.2.0, my Third Reality 3RSM0347Z soil moisture sensors no longer report soil moisture. They are detected only as temperature sensors. I factory reset the bridge, removed and re-paired the sensors, and tested multiple identical sensors. No result!

After adding an eWeLink relay module and updated its firmware, the app started showing it has no network connection and unable to control the device, but in widget it works. So this is app issue
