I don't know why this app only has 2.8 stars? eWeLink is a great app. I've read lots of people who say it's 'slow'. It's not slow on my phone, so I suggest you need a more powerful phone. I'm afraid all home automation apps can be slow if your phone is under powered. Also, a lot of comments about too many adds. I pay for a subscription, so I get no adds. The thermo plugins are great. This app controls the heating in my house and the hot water. All made much slicker by thermo plugins.

We planned to use Son off 4CHR3 to switch ON the pump after 2 minutes of power available and to work Only during the Time scheduled. But Inching mode is not responding. If Switch ON inching Mode, It deactivates Power on State function. Also delay timer works only when Internet is available. If the internet Fails No Scene program works. Complaint raised. But now the Power on State and Inching Settings are missing from the Settings Menu.

Multiple crashes during pairing of new devices. Repeated calibration failures for sensors. Demands to pair only to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and then refuses to do so when given a 2.4GHz only network to join. Loses cloud sensor history when pairing to new network.

After adding an eWeLink relay module and updated its firmware, the app started showing it has no network connection and unable to control the device, but in widget it works. So this is app issue
