The process was simple and easy I had no problem doing my declaring forms. This I perfer, it's done on my phone ahead of flight, and it's ready before I get to the customs officer, no wait time or receipts to explain, he pulls up my passport the form shows what am declaring, he checks, I'm either paying or using my exemption. Quick, easy, simple and time management. Out of customs in less than 15 mins. This is a great improvement to customs. I agree 100%

Wast of time. The airline folks suggested using this to streamline everything. I filled everything out and when we got to Nassau, the Bahamian officials wouldn't use it. I was sent to the back of the line and had to find a pen (there were none at the forms, luckily someone let me use theirs) and fill out forms by hand.

This app is unbelievably glitchy and a horrendous user experience. Can't do anything without getting an error message, and doesn't let you enter any passport details manually, but then gets them wrong through the passport scanner. Horrible.

Not user-friendly, Asking for too much info. About you, It won't let you correct mistakes, Horrible app design/layout, and I just want to travel to the Bahamas once a year for Vacation, I didn't know I had to do all this just to enter this Country/Island.

There is too much to say. For an app that is required for you to enter the country this is by any account a total disaster. It is laggy, it is missing sooooo many items that you have to find out from a custom officer what to use for the missing items. This has been love for 2 years and still these problems. Horrible.
