I love being able to make multiple workouts. When using an exercise bike I've got the metronome keeping beat. I've made routines based off of my physical therapy exercises. The history keeps me honest, and logging notes helps me remember when I change things up. You can create custom exercises, so you can write up directions for that stretch you saw one time on TikTok or YouTube and incorporate the things you want to focus on

Massive problem with ads that SIMPLY WILL NOT CLOSE! Only option is to close the exercise timer. Then the exercise doesn't show in workout history. I've tried to email the company a number of times, but never a reply. HENCE, THE NUCLEAR OPTION OF 1*

Extreme greed is going to be the downfall of these devs. $50 markup for the app version instead of the web based version and that's nothing but extreme greed. I will enjoy seeing this app fail.
