Excellent! But, during logged in, if a/c is dr. the app shows updated balance immediately. But when the a/c is cr. the balance does not update automatically. And few updates are needed to enhance the app: 1. Enable RTGS transactions (up to 500,000) during transaction hour. 2. Provide a detailed, downloadable account statement as exciting in web version. 3. Display DPS balance and loan outstanding information. 4. Simplify the signup process and remove the need for a security PIN.

After logging into the mobile app, I am unable to find any details of my previously created DPS. However, I have been regularly depositing into my DPS account. This is a matter of concern for me. I kindly request you to resolve this issue and ensure that the DPS information is visible in my account as soon as possible.

Disgusting app. It is saying new version has been released and to update it first to login. But my app is already updated. There's nothing showing in app store. Disguise rubbish bank and app.

Overseas account holders can deposit money but can't withdraw. Their 24-hour customer service no longer works. Finally, their mobile app. You can't transfer money. Poor Service for overseas Exim account holders!!!

After the 30.10.25 update, I faced the Sign In problem, when I tried to sign in it didn't sign in, & not say anything. Just neutral.
