Great Service, But Needs Stop Announcements ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 Stars) Express Line offers a very comfortable ride: buses are clean, seats are good, and drivers are polite. However, a major issue is that conductors don't announce stops. I've missed my stop twice because of this, unlike other services (e.g., Green line, Shyamoli paribahan) that do. My main suggestion is for Express Line to start announcing stops for passenger convenience. This would make their excellent service truly complete.

Completely unacceptable experience. The driver and helper were extremely rude and arrogant, with no basic courtesy or respect for passengers. It genuinely felt like we were treated differently simply because we were not from Karnataka. A good bus means nothing when the staff behaves like this. Very poor hospitality and customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this bus service. Don’t travel with them

The journey from hyd to Bhubaneswar has become hell for me, worst service, it was my first time by express line. My seat was unserviceable it was automatically pushing from the back I couldn't sleep whole night pathetic experience. NL 01 B 3508 volvo. The dvr simply replied that they can't do anything.
