We have travelled from Bangalore to Rameshwaram on 25-12-24 in sleeper coach, But it was very bad journey. Bus was very dirty, on the way hotels was very dirty, TOILETS was very dirty. Kindly improve your facilities. Staff should be polite which are NOT.

I have traveled more than 10 times with sharma travels but yesterday travel was very surprising for me. Bus driver has travelled back to Pune direction 100 kms to and fro from karad to Satara to pick up 2 passengers while coming from Mumbai to Bangalore and wasted time of 90 mins of 35 passengers onboard the bus and driver was very arrogant and using abusive language on complaining to him. Such a bad management is not acceptable and have to think twice before travelling again in these travels.

PNR-1096620 I had a very bad experience with Sharma Transport. The service was poor, the bus was not clean, and the drivers were rude. I was traveling from Majestic to Katraj, but they dropped me on a bridge and spoke very disrespectfully when I requested a proper stop. Very disappointing service. Please Don't book from Sharma Transport

13-6-2025 Redbus through Bus 5.15pm bus Waked Pune to Hubei by pass Bus Not Picked me, Bus person I called he saying come to Chandon chowk i reched as told point that place and also bus left and not available they said I called bus driver frequently his not answer my calls he said you are late. But was early left and you complained to customer care he said After that i raise the Complaint with redbus app he simply typing going only very bad Experience WITH SHARMA TRANSPORTS AND REDBUS APP
