During my journey from Rajkot to Mumbai on 10th March, 25th all the services are good Like bus condition / AC / Driving staff But there was a little problem during the dinner stop time, which was 11.30 pm. Usually as per Indian standard, dinner time is from 7 pm to 9 pm. Hope you will bring this to my attention and take care that other passengers do not face such problem in future 𝓑+ 𝓘𝓷𝓽𝓮𝓰𝓻𝓲𝓽𝔂

Worst driver and his worker 😡 worst driving they don't know how to talk with passenger they both are absolutely irritating person if any type of complaint is going from passenger they use abuse words, and they take as a revenge one of the most horrible is the conductor if birth is not available and any passenger is having health issues they don't give that extra birth he says I have given to another person but yet not came to that birth bus number cg07 9070 drivers name Vivek rajput and dadu

The bus I booked was showing volvo eicher, and so I booked in that bus, but the bus was tin old 2×2 refurbished bus which had the worst suspension. When I asked for the water from the driver, he said we don't give water to passengers it's just for us. They had 2 packs of bottled water, but he doesn't share a single bottle with passengers. The worst bus I've ever seen on manish travels. I booked three tickets on that bus. It's the worst experience. I will not travel on this fraud bus company ever.

Payment system is very poor I downloaded the app & got 50 cashback & added extra required amount to my wallet while doing payment I used my previous pnr but when it got validated my ticket didn't book (tried at least 10 times)at last when discount got validated via previous pnr NO DISCOUNT was availed got ticket at higher price than other apps, also I tried to contact them, but they asked me to book through other apps I don't know why have they made the app if they're asking to book by other app
