Extinct: TSM Alcohol Tracker

The Sinclair Method works. Extinct helps you prove it.

Extinct is the dedicated companion for adults following The Sinclair Method — using naltrexone or nalmefene taken before drinking to gradually extinguish the craving for alcohol. Built by someone who lived the TSM journey. No judgment. No abstinence pressure. Just the tools to see it through.

🔹 NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Naltrexone requires a prescription. Never take it if physically dependent on opiates. Extinct supports your journey — it does not replace your doctor.

💊 THE GOLDEN RULE — ALWAYS FREE
Never paywalled. Set your medication type (naltrexone: 1 hour, nalmefene: 2 hours) and Extinct walks you through the planning flow — reminder, countdown timer, and confirmation before your first drink.

📖 DRINKING DIARY
Log every session with drinks from a 4,400+ beverage catalog scoped to your country, ABV, volume, mood, and medication confirmation. UK and US unit calculations. 30 sessions/month free, unlimited with Pro.

🍺 4,400+ DRINK CATALOG
Real drinks TSM users actually drink — beers, wines, spirits, ciders. Not a cocktail app. Custom entry for anything not in the catalog. Country selector at setup.

🔒 YOUR DATA
No ads, ever. Cloud sync via Firebase. AI features transmit only your session inputs — no name, email, or device ID. Never used for model training.

The Sinclair Method has a 78% efficacy rate across 90+ clinical trials. Extinct exists to help you see it through.

Not medical advice. If you are in crisis call 988 or SAMHSA at 1-800-662-4357.

Recent changes:
Fixes a crash on opening. A fault in the database upgrade in 1.2.0 and 1.2.1 could stop Extinct starting, and because the upgrade was retried each time, it happened on every launch. This release repairs it.

Nothing was deleted. Your diary, doses, streaks, custom drinks and AI Consult history are all intact and will be there when you open the app.

If you removed Extinct over this and you were signed in, reinstalling brings your data back.
