My experience with them so far is great, I had failed transaction, but when I talked to customer support, they were able to refund the money, please keep improving in every area.Also, I have suggestions for better improvement *Zippy should allow adding money to the wallet directly not sending at once to a mobile money because sometimes I'm facing problem, the transaction will be unsuccessful but I will be debited, and the other user will not receive the payment

Those days zippy ghana very nice app to buy ghs at a cheap price and now is turn to stupid app your customer service knows that all customers has run away from this app is because evey time if they deposit instead of getting profit they are losing there money, why not they will not run am I suggesting you to reduce the price and the charges and am guarantee assured your customers will patronize your cedis👍👍👍👎👎👎
