Description
Mit dieser App ist die Buchung eines AST in der Stadt Fulda oder eines Rufbusses der Lokalen Nahverkehrsgesellschaft (LNG) im Landkreis Fulda jetzt ganz einfach.
Aus der Kernstadt Fulda in die Stadtteile: das Anruf-Sammel-Taxi (AST)
Egal ob am späteren Abend, Samstagnachmittag oder an Sonn- und Feiertagen aus der Stadt zurück in die Stadtteile fahren - diesen Service bietet das Anruf-Sammel-Taxi. Das AST fährt nach vorheriger Bestellung aus dem Kernstadtbereich in alle Stadtteile der Stadt Fulda - zum Beispiel bis vor die eigene Haustür!
Das AST muss spätestens 15 Minuten vor der gewünschten Fahrt bestellt sein – oder bereits bis zu sieben Tage im Voraus. Die Beförderung erfolgt ab bzw. bis Wohnung ab bzw. bis zu einer im Fahrplan ausgewiesen Haltestelle. Im Innenstadtbereich ist der Zu-/Ausstieg Omnibusbahnhof ""Stadtschloss"" oder im Kerngebiet (Schloss-, Friedrich-, Mittel-, Karlstraße, Buttermarkt, Peterstor, Petersgasse, Nikolausstraße, Am Bahnhof, Kurfürstenstraße, Heinrich-von-Bibra-Platz, Rabanusstraße) möglich.
Außer in den Hauptverkehrszeiten (Montag bis Freitag 5.15 - 19.00 Uhr, sowie Samstag 9.00 - 15.00 Uhr) entfällt auf die Nutzung des AST der Stadt Fulda ein Komfortzuschlag in Höhe von 1,50 €. Es gilt der RMV-Tarif.
Ein Bus, nur auf Bestellung: der Rufbus der LNG Fulda
Der Rufbus fährt nach den normalen Busfahrplänen - allerdings nur, wenn die Fahrt mindestens 60 Minuten vorab bestellt wird. Der Rufbus fährt also zu einer festen Uhrzeit von Haltestelle zu Haltestelle. Die Rufbusfahrten im Landkreis Fulda sind in den Busfahrplänen gekennzeichnet. Hier in der App werden sie automatisch zur Auswahl angeboten.
Im Rufbus gelten alle Fahrscheine des RMV-Tarifs ohne Zuzahlung eines Komfort-Zuschlags.
Für die Fahrgäste unterwegs: RhönEnergie und Taxi-Partner
Die Stadt Fulda und die LNG Fulda haben selbst keine Busse. Den Betrieb übernimmt in der Stadt Fulda die RhönEnergie Fulda GmbH. Die flexiblen Fahrten werden in der Regel mit PKWs durchgeführt. Die Koordination dieses Angebots erfolgt über die Taxizentrale Fulda e.V.
Im Landkreis betreibt die RhönEnergie Bus GmbH die Buslinien im Auftrag der LNG Fulda. Auch die Rufbusfahrten werden mit den normalen Linienbussen durchgeführt. Dabei kommt in der Regel ein Standardlinienbus zum Einsatz – ein Gelenkbus oder ein Kleinbus sind je nach Linie und Uhrzeit jedoch auch möglich. Alle Fahrzeuge sind barrierefrei. Rollstühle, Kinderwagen oder auch Fahrräder können in begrenzter Zahl mitgenommen werden.

Nice app, especially for those who don't like calls or don't speak german (even though the call service is available in english too, but still). Sometimes it gives me "no service available" but that's eather when there are really still buses driving and no AST or when I choose in the search not exactly the bus stations but smth else. So just make sure you choose the bus stations right and for the right time. Made my evening life easier :)

After I waited for 5+ minutes in the hotline, I decided to try it in the app instead. I downloaded it, registered, and then got told that the service is not available (in the next 2 hours). As I need the bus in an hour, the app is useless for me. Nevertheless, I tried it once again, just to see how it works. This time, I could enter my start point (Eiterfeld Schulz), but the app told me that there is "no service here." As all LNG buses start here, the app is really useless.
