Spent over an hour with several agents on chat who were all very helpful but problem not resolved. All content locked saying I need to subscribe. When I try to subscribe it says I'm already subscribed. Try to watch and all content is still locked saying I need to subscribe. When I try to subscribe it says I'm already subscribed. Edit: Problem fixed in time for me to watch qualifying!

Love the app since now I can finally watch f1 without having to go to my friends house 2 hours away. But for the love of, let me set defaults! I don't want the f1 live commentary. Let me set a default to English international. Let me set up my default views with the drivers I want to watch.

Please provide Picture in Picture ability when watching anything. It's ridiculous that when I need to step out of the app to reply to a message or something, I have to go back to app to resume. Especially annoying when one is watching a live broadcast

It's unacceptable that I'm paying each year for a subscription, and I can't watch the race on my smart tv. I won't pay again until you fix it.

Trying to use this app to cast to my Samsung TV since for some bizarre reason they refuse to make a Samsung TV app, most of the time the casting option doesn't show up without restarting both my phone and the TV. no other apps have this problem. The stream crashed today and I couldn't even restart the stream since the play button did nothing. Had to delete and reinstall the app l, managed to watch the rest of the race on my phone but again the casting option didn't show up

I redown loaded after the switch to apple. I paid for this year and can't access videos. Trouble shot every app, and it even required an apple acount. Still didn't let me watch. Not cool. Your reply didn't address the issue. I cancelled my subscription to you and will just watch on Apple TV. it is cheaper per month and their app works properly. I have had F1tv for years, and it has always had bugs.... I will be looking into how to get my money back. I paid on you for this season and got nothing.
