App doesn't work. Can't add products. Also, false marketing because it doesn't work with Google home Update: after a month of back and forth with support issue was with the unit Wi-Fi that they eventually fixed albeit very slowly. Now app still doesn't work because the password resets everything to login, so you can't use with Google Assistant/home.

I can't connect the app to the hood. Keeps telling me user registration failed, and it has been like that for 8 months since I purchased it. I can't believe that this expensive hood can't even connect to the app. This is absolute trash product.
