★★☆☆☆ I don't know if the app is the scam or the driver is the one doing the scam. Book a ride and I waited for 30 mins then called the driver and said that he already cancelled. That's why nobody came to pick me up, and after I cancel I was charged $5. Like WTH??? Facedrive you better do something. Because if you're competing against uber with $3 less fee I'll still use uber because of the inconvience you cause
★★☆☆☆ Your drivers are not coming on the expected time and not even answering my calls. When I canceled the ride you charged me $5 plus I was late for my job.
